What to Expect at Each Visit

We invite all patients and guests to arrive at least 10 minutes early to reserved appointments.

Upon arrival, our team will greet you in a warm and welcoming manner. We will verify your basic information such as:

  • Name, address, contact information
  • Dental insurance information
  • Sometimes we may ask you to complete update paperwork such as Medical History, HIPAA Privacy and/or treatment consent forms.

Once checked in, our clinical team will escort you to your private dental suite. During your visit with our clinical team, you can expect:

  • Competent and compassionate Dental Assistants, Hygienist and Doctors.
  • Your clinical team members will review your medical history at each visit.
  • We offer comfort amenities such as; blankets, sunglasses, warm towels, and stress balls. Please let us know if these would help ease your dental anxiety.

At the completion of your visit, we will escort you to the administrative team. Our Patient Care Coordinators will:

  • Collect estimated copayments and balances due.
  • Review treatment investment for future needs.
  • Schedule and reserve your next appointment.

Our Patient Care Coordinators are available to assist you with:

  • Reviewing and discussing financial options and patient financing.
  • Assist with coordinating specialty referrals and appointments with specialists.

New Patient Visits

We welcome new patients to our practice and feel that the best gift any current patient can give us is the confidence to refer family and friends to our practice.

Prior to your visit, we ask that allregistration forms be completed no later than 3 business days prior to your appointment. Without completed registration, our team will take all necessary radiographs and images necessary to facilitate care for you. Additionally, if insurance is applicable, we will not be able to provide a complementary benefit check. You will be responsible for all charges at the time of service.

Financial Services

Dental care is important for every patient and we know it can become an investment. We believe that dental care should be affordable for all patients, regardless of financial standing. For this reason, we offer many options for all our patients.

Dental Benefit plans are always accepted. Our practice will file your dental claims and receive payment on your behalf. We work with many dental insurance carriers both as a restricted and non-restricted office.

Patient Safety

We know that many patients still have concerns about COVID and Safety. You can rest assured that our team continually follows all recommended and required safety standards.

Each dental suite is equipped with:

  • HVAC Air Scrubbers in the general HVAC system
  • Individual HEPA and UV-c Air Purifiers
  • Additional Extraoral Vacuum Systems to Capture any volatilized vapor produced during procedures.
  • Hospital Grade Sterilization Center
  • Use of PPE including N-95 masks, gloves, shields and surgical gowns when necessary.

Beyond patient physical safety, our team also ensures we are protecting your privacy and personal data. Each patient is required to complete an authorization form to ensure our Patient Care Coordinators know when and to whom they are allowed to provide information to.
